Ballie Ballerson is the original, and world-famous, ball pit cocktail bar. We love cocktails, flair bartending and giving people a truly fantastic night out.

Starting out as a pop-up concept in 2016 and following unprecedented success, we have since moved to a 600-person venue in London’s busiest nightlife scene: Shoreditch and last year opened an iconic venue in Edinburgh. Our new venue is about to open in Cardiff and have plans to make international moves in the future.

Ballie is also the official home for WFA (World Flair Association) competitions and therefore provides great opportunities for those who want to become flair bartenders, (although this is not essential) 🤹‍♂️!

We are now hiring cocktail bartenders for our Cardiff venue. We are looking for charismatic professionals who know their drinks, and have a genuine passion for having fun whilst giving over-and-above customer service.

Key Skills & Qualities

• Good product knowledge & 2 years previous experience as a 🍸cocktail🍹 bartender

• Excellent attention to detail

• To be positive, active and team-work oriented

• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Must be flexible with regard to hours. We close at 02:00 Fridays and Saturdays.

• Must have a good command of the English Language

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
