Ballie Ballerson is the original, and world-famous, ball pit cocktail bar. Our mission is to host Britain’s best nights out by creating a unique adult playground with immaculate vibes.
Famous for ball pits and slides, but the core of what we do is create a festival-like feel of hospitality with our high-energy cocktail bar, world-champion flair bartenders, face painters and DJs.
After receiving private equity investment in 2019 from Imbiba, Ballie Ballerson is growing and we are creating a truly great place for hospitalitarians to develop their careers.

We work when the 9-5'ers sleep 🦉🌉
It's pretty obvious that working here doesn't fit a usual 9-5 shift pattern, however, we take your rota, working hours and shift patterns super seriously to ensure you have a balanced work + home life ⚖️.
An example rota for a general manager in one of our venues would typically look like this:
- Sunday + Monday - generally fixed days off.
- Tuesday - Thursday - 2 management day shifts (9am - 5pm sort of thing) and 1 mid-shift (think 12 pm-9 pm)
- Friday - Saturday - 2 peak shifts as venue manager

Starting out as a pop-up concept in 2016 and following unprecedented success, we have since moved to a 600-person venue in London’s busiest nightlife scene; Shoreditch, opened an iconic new venue in Edinburgh in 2022 and are planning 2 more UK venue openings by early 2024 🎉.
